How to download
Everything about getting your copy of “Don’t Get a Tattoo Until You Read This”.
1. Open your order page
Right after payment you are redirected to your order status page. Keep that link — it always shows the current state of your order and lets you download the PDF again.
2. Check your email
A receipt with a download link is sent to the email you entered at checkout, usually within a minute. Check spam and promotions folders, and search for “KAZENTATTOO”.
3. If the status says pending
Some payment methods take a few minutes (rarely up to a few days for bank-based methods) to settle. The order page refreshes automatically and the download unlocks as soon as the payment is confirmed.

The email never arrived. What now?
Open your order status page — if the status is paid you can download the PDF there without the email. If you still want the receipt, email us and we will resend it to the right address.
My download link expired.
Links are time-limited for security. Just reopen your order status page and press Download PDF again — a fresh link is generated instantly.
How many times can I download the book?
Each order allows up to 5 downloads. The remaining count is shown on your order status page. If you run out, email us and we will reset it.
I lost the order link.
The link is in your receipt email and looks like /order-status?session_id=… If you cannot find it, email us with the address you used at checkout and we will send it again.
The PDF won’t open on my phone.
Save the file first, then open it with a PDF reader (Apple Books, Google Drive PDF viewer, Adobe Acrobat). Downloading on a laptop and syncing is the most reliable option.
I was charged twice or want a refund.
All sales are final: the e-book is a digital product delivered instantly and cannot be returned once the download link has been issued. The only exceptions are a duplicate charge, or a technical failure on our side that prevents you from ever accessing the file and that we cannot resolve. In those cases email us with your order reference within 14 days of purchase and we will resend the file or refund the charge. See the Terms & Refund Policy for details.
